CONSULTATIONS
All treatments begin with a comprehensive medical consultation. Each plan is bespoke and only undertaken where clinically appropriate.
ELIGIBILITY
Treatments are strictly available to patients aged 18 and over, valid ID may be requested.
CLINICAL SUITABILITY
Treatment may be declined if deemed unsafe or inappropriate, including during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Clinical judgement is final.
RESULTS
We specialise in subtle, balanced enhancement. Outcomes vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. Additional products may incur further costs.
AFTERCARE & REVIEWS
Detailed aftercare is provided. Review appointments are offered where clinically indicated. Concerns must be raised promptly.
REFUNDS
Refunds are not offered once treatment has been administered.
PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
We uphold a respectful, calm clinical environment and reserve the right to refuse treatment where appropriate. We hold the right to record virtual consultations and have a non-clinical chaperone present for clinical consultations if deemed appropriate.

If deposits have not been paid on 3 consecutive occasions, no further bookings will be taken without full payment at the time of booking
We understand that sometimes the outcome of a treatment may not be how one envisioned it, but we are unable to guarantee the desired outcome, due to factors such as lifestyle, health issues arising and one's ageing. Therefore, we can not offer a free correction or refund of the treatment as we work to provide honest, knowledgeable and high-quality treatments
